Without the luxury of a massive advertising budget, Lynher's products have made the shelves of specialist cheese shops and the deli counters of most of the supermarket majors. They've ensured the quality of their products by sourcing premium milk from selected Cornish farms and using the most advanced equipment in their dairies.

In response to surging demand, Lynher recently opened a new state-of the-art unit that will allow them to more than double production to 300 tonnes a year. They were able to do this with the help of funding from Objective One and DEFRA.
