More new Air routes to Newquay!
News that Ireland's Aer Arann will begin four weekly flights to and from Luton Airport, one of the UK's busiest air hubs, from the beginning of July was announced earlier this month.
The service, which will operate four days per week, will depart London Luton at 7.15 am on Monday, Thursday and Friday and 10.15 am on Sunday, with a flight time of one hour and twenty five minutes. It will depart Newquay at 9.10 am on Monday, Thursday and Friday, and 3.30pm on Sunday. The service will be operated by 66 seater ATR72 aircraft.
Fares will start from £29.99 ( one way including taxes). Bookings can now be made via Aer Arann's website www.aerarann.com
Aer Arann are also increasing the frequency of the existing Cork service, which began on April 28th, by adding a Sunday service to those on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. The additional Cork service will depart Newquay at 12.10 and arrive in Cork at 13.20 and depart Cork at 13.50 and arrive in Newquay at 15. 00.
Newquay airport is one of the fastest growing regional airports in the UK. Along the destinations on offer are Manchester, Dublin, Cork, Durham Tees valley, Leeds/Bradford, Isles of Scilly and Edinburgh.
